OSM street-level map
Mapped streetlight point map
Zoom from regional coverage into real OpenStreetMap street-lamp points. Switch between available extracts and filter only by tags actually present in that region, so the map shows recorded lamp details rather than guessed lighting types.
Street-level extracts are expanding country by country and, for the USA, state by state. Every listed extract uses real OpenStreetMap street-lamp nodes; coverage depends on what local mappers have recorded.
What this layer can and cannot say
It can show where street lamps have been mapped as highway=street_lamp, and where mapper-provided tags such as light_source, lamp_type, lamp_mount or support exist. It cannot certify lighting compliance, prove darkness, or identify every real-world lamp.
